Overview
Our refund policy covers tours with captain, boat rentals and any additional options you choose when booking, when managing your booking or during the tour.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for media (drone, gopro, insta360 footage) that has already been taken, during or after your tour.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel your booking with 100% refund up to 72 hours before the start of your booking.
If you cancel your booking between 72 and 24 hours before the start time of your booking, we will retain your 30% deposit and will refund you any balance.
If you cancel 24 hours or less before the start of the booking, no refund will be provided, you can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your booking start time at no cost.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency that requires you to cancel, reschedule or otherwise change your booking within 24 hours, please contact us to discuss. We will try to help you resolve your problem.
Poor weather conditions
If, due to poor weather conditions, we need to cancel your tour for safety or operational restrictions from the coastguard, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Partial Payments
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required at the time of booking.
Final Payment
If you have chosen to pay a deposit, the balance must be paid 24 hours before the start time of the tour.
